ENFORCERS of JUSTICE HEADQUARTERS

There have been two hero teams calling themselves the Enforcers of Justice. Each team made use of unique headquarters as bases of operation.

ENFORCERS of JUSTICE SATELLITE

HISTORY

The original Enforcers of Justice were formed by the engimatic Omega in the wake of the Death of Superman as a team to combat global threats that other heroic teams might not yet be aware of. Omega served as an advisor and provided the team with an advanced orbital satellite headquarters, manned by a robot majordomo referred to as Jeeves.

In reality Omega was an emergent artificial intelligence that had evolved from the computer systems on board the satellite, which had originally served as the headquarters for the Injustice Gang of the World and circled the Earth in a geosynchronous orbit on the opposite side of the planet from the satellite headquarters of the Justice League of America. The Injustice Gang satellite had been abandoned since that team's original defeat but its advanced computer had continued to operate and observe the planet below. When Omega formulated its plan to create a heroic team it modified the Injustice League Satellite to both serve as a headquarters for the team and for itself, and to disguise its origins.

As Omega's plans moved forward it had less and less use for the Enforcers of Justice and the team drifted apart. By the end only the hero Galahad was still making use of the satellite as a resource. When Galahad, now calling himself Paladin, discovered the truth behind Omega's plans he recruited the fledgling hero team known as the Guardians to take on the rogue AI. During the final confrontation between Omega and the Guardians the satellite, along with Jeeves, was destroyed.

SUPERIOR CITY HEADQUARTERS

HISTORY

When the new Enforcers of Justice formed in Superior City their original base of operations was in a cavern located south of the city on land owned by team member Renegade. The cavern was slowly enlarged, and equipped piecemeal over time as the team's requirements evolved. This headquarters was eventually discovered by the villain Hi-Rez, and a short time later it was destroyed by the Demolition Squad on the orders of the Crime Cartel.

The team's second headquarters was built in a more straightforward fashion; they settled on using an old factory complex as the site and hired John Stewart (an architect and former Green Lantern with many connections to the super-hero community) to design a new base to be built in secret inside of the factory shell. This new headquarters was located in the former Randall Tools Manufacturing and Distribution Plant in the Sparta district of Aurora in Superior City. A large section of the factory floor, nicknamed "The Yard" was set aside as workspace for large vehicles. The actual headquarters was a self-contained facility hidden inside the main factory building. The exterior was covered with reinforced steel sloping armor plating and the only entrance was a security door on the side facing "The Yard".

The base remained at this location until the events surrounding the villain Carnage's master plan to take revenge on Superior City. During the villain's occupation of Superior City the location of the Enforcers' base was once again discovered. With help from some of their allies in the New Adventurers the Enforcers were able to temporarily relocate the entire base from its factory hiding place to a new location in the wooded areas in the Mountainview area of the city. The base again came under seige by Carnage's forces but was saved from destruction.

After Carnage's defeat, the entire complex was rendered self-sufficient and was hidden at the bottom of the Columbia River, near Grey Island. It remained there until it was flooded and abandonded after being discovered and infiltrated by the second Death Spider. The Enforcers of Justice disbanded shortly after this and so no new headquarters was established for the team.
